Kumiko Klinger
Teaches High School/Adult Beginner and High School/Adult Intermediate
Kumiko Sensei is from Otaru, Hokkaido. She has lived in Canada for twenty-five years – eight and a half years in Saskatoon. She wants to teach Japanese as much as she can to whoever is passionate about Japanese culture. She loves cosmetics and works at Clinique in Sears.
Rika de La Garde
Teaches Japanese Elementary (Grades 1-8)
Rika de La Garde is from Soka, Saitama. She moved to Saskatoon in March 2011. She would like to give everyone a chance to learn Japanese language and culture, and to help Japanese kids in Canada keep their mother language. She taught Rhythmic Gymnastics for many years in Japan, and loves to work with children.
