Elementary Beginner of Japanese
This level is open to children and youth Grades 1-8. No prior experience is necessary. Students will learn hirigana, katakana, some kanji, weather, and basic sentence structure.
High School / Adult Beginner of Japanese
This level is open to high school students and adults. No prior experience is necessary. Students will learn hiragana, katakana, some kanji, weather, and basic sentence structure.
High School / Adult Intermediate of Japanese
This level is open to high school students and adults who can read and write hiragana and katakana and have a handle on easy sentence structure. On the first day of class, there will be a language assessment to determine the appropriate level. Students will learn more kanji and more complicated sentence structure.
